Doing  photoshoot and  interviews this week  ….chatting to journalists and posing with 12 children!! Smile, smile …click, click …. And all in aid of my children’s book coming out.  Green & Blue / Groen & Blou launching in June.   Divorce is a tricky path for kids to negotiate but there are so many ways to help stabalise your children and empower them along the way.  Our book touches on a few ways to help.

I went to an art exhibition the other day. My friend has just taken up art classes and she says it is the best therapy …..the tension of her world dissipates when she is concentrating on her painting.
